i2f in Panama . . . Again !

Well we have arrived for the fourth time in Panama. First time was to
transit the canal. The second, and third time was returning from Isla Malpelo for unfortunate reasons. Now after 8 months of probing me, poisining me, scanning me, nearly cooking me to my death, and just plain making me think the treatment was worse than the disease, we,re back.

We arrived at 2am, so we are sitting in a hotel to get some much needed rest. It´s raining a monsoon, so we will sit tight today, and move to Imagine tomorrow.

After months of sitting idle her dink was taken, and the outboard removed. Both were recovered within days. What damage if any will need to be appraised. I know there will be work to be done to get her systems up, and running, so tomorrow I will start. Hopefully in a couple weeks we will make the third time is a charm to leave Panama. In a couple of days I will post a blog that is a quick catch up of Imagine, Melanie & I to present. Then I will go into prepping the boat, and setting sail for Hawaii, and S.F. Ca. in the blog. Hopefully there will be some entertainment involved.........i2f

The past 8 months have been tough. You are finally back where you want to be. Best wishes in the coming months. .....and, don't make it too entertaining!

RTB

We need all the enterainment we can get here, also it helps pass the boredom of waiting to get my place sold and back to Florida and getting my boat ready for the fall cruising season. Let's hope the darn H season is mild this year. I would much rather that John show and tell us the funny things about getting ready to go again.

Good news John and Mel:

I hope that all of your problems are smal winds and that your winds are fair.

Great post John. I know a lot of CF members missed your posts.

Sarafina--Are you preparing the grill for Grill Mister John? As John knows I never miss a BBQ.
