Hawaii to California

I'm leaving Oahu, Kewalo Basin Harbor, the 1st part of April. Anyone else thinking of doing the same? If so, feel like buddy boating back?

Just curious what route you're taking. A guy a few boats down did it and he shot up almost all the way to Alaska.

Since I carry a ton of fuel,1,070 gallons icluding the 4 55 gal plastic drums, I'm going to head in the neighborhood of 30x150 then pretty much rumb line it to Morro Bay. I want to stay on the bottom edge of any lows and if/when I run into the high, just push the button and drop her in gear. Now if I wind up buddy boating with someone, then the plan will change. You know plans are, written in the sand at low tide!
