Thanks Boracay for the insight about the anchorage and parks boat. I always like to get as much information as possible so I won't be caught off guard when I start sailing.

As for Surfers, yah, been there with other friends and it is beyond packed. Last time I checked, there were tons of junk house boats half sinking in most of the areas as the prices of housing went nuts and the economy went south. So, a lot of people opted to live on floating crumbling homes.

Let us know if that is still prevalent. Hoping to see some photos as well Mark.
