Advice on the Philippines
If we arrive in the Philippines with a 2 month visa:

What is the official price of clearing in and what is everyone expected to pay in reality?

If we clear into San Fernando, are we then expected to clear into Subic Bay when we arrive there and pay again? Or can we claim we have already cleared into the country and just need to register in Subic Bay?
