A boater's guide to Victoria B.C.

When we pulled into Victoria last October, I was surprised at how very little information there was about where all the facilities were. The harbour guys gave us vague directions to grocery stores and no one knew where I could refill my propane tanks without a car. Sure, coffee shops were easy to find and all the tourist traps a man could want are within easy distance of all the docks, but where was the cheap beer?

So I sat down and started listing all the places we have used in the past 5 months, wrote a bit about them, and then dropped them on a map. Hopefully this will help someone else looking to visit Victoria for more than just tourist stuff.

All additions/corrections welcome!

Victoria has always been one of our favorite go-to destinations from Anacortes. Thanks for the guide.

BC Liquor Stores are the best bet for alcohol prices which dont fluctuate wildly.
