Yacht Runs Aground - Crew Abandon Ship

Anyone know what happened here? Seems they did all the right things, apart from actually running aground?

Just guessing, but looks like they got caught on a lee shore and for some reason could not sail or motor off.

Re: Yacht Runs Aground - Crew Abandon Ship

If this is the same vessel that washed ashore off Virginia Beach last fall/hurricane, it did in fact drag anchor after finding it could not make head way. Tried to enter Lynnhaven Inlet I believe.
