Maybe the people, like me, that are advising against, are thinking of more than a day sailor. If an out board day sailor and the engine was flushed go For it.

Maybe some of us get tunnel vision and don't ask for the facts.

The old saying,"One mans trash is another's treasure" fits here.

I have picked up many items on spec. Cars, mechanical items and certainly boats. The gift horse seems a scary prospect for some.

I hope you enjoy the boat if you decide to take it.

Looking for another pretty place to work on the boat.

Working on spending my children's inheritance.
