Not that I can come up with something that is designed for it because I don't think it exists, no market for it.

I have a Westsail 43. Pretty much well-suited for heavy weather sailing. Having said that after watching the videos on the Sundeer I can only say --wow!!!

Wow, I'm on a 21-footer, about to get ready to move up some ten feet or so, and I always had believed those stories about how it is easier to short-handedly sail a smaller boat in heavy weather, but you've (almost) convinced me to aim for three-fold.
Only problem is, how to bump up my savings ten-fold...

Damn right.. for most heavy weather is maybe 5% of cruising time.. unless you go looking for it..
Gotta have a G&T/Sundeck... look at all that ice going to waste..

Those guys in Portugal on the hard in Boatman61's video had a bad midnight surprise!! For sure!! I wonder if they beached between 0100 and 0400??
