Maybe it's a duh, but how about they have their own board and share in ours too?
They couldn't wear pants, then they did.
They couldn't smoke in public, then they did.
They couldn't vote, then they did.
They couldn't be liberated then they did.
They couldn't be CEO's, then they did.
I think I'll let them make up their own mind about it
