Window Shopping help

This is pretty much last minute, but my wife and I will be in the San Fransisco area November 16 and 17th and are wanting to take a peak at a 35-45ft Cats and perhaps a few monohuls. I looked at a few of the for-sale sites but not much luck.

The goal is to move aboard in about 2-3 years and sail around the explore for the next 10 years.

Any advice?
