Wildcat 350 sailing troubles

ok anyone that can give us some info on getting this type of boat to sail downwind, hoisted both sails and wants to turn into wind.

made sure rudders are in line and all equipment is ok, but still need motor(s) to stay in line.

any insight would be helpful at this point we have tried everything
