Where is the best sailing in the US?

I was wondering. Where have people liked cruising the best?

Anyone have some personal experience that they really loved?

There is no "BEST." Of anything. There are, however, options. That means you get to pick and choose. I love where I sail, but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else or it could become too crowded. Just ask sailorchick!

My point exactly. There is a a lot of Caribbean that is US. Think Keys, Amer. Virgins etc...

Well, the poll asks about sailing and the post about cruising. In my view, two different things. I would pick San Francisco for best sailing but New England for best cruising.
