What's The Best Way To Store A Boat When Not Sailing?
Boat will be of fiberglass and carbon fiber, located inMiami, Florida, USA. Usually sailed for 2 to 4 months out of ever year. Dockage options range from wet in a marina, covered wet, dry land, or la piece de resistance, a completely enclosed dry land garage (not climate controlled).
Costs would be no deterrent.
So which option keeps a boat safest and best condition? I mean, does something like dry storage vs dry garaged storage really make a difference? Or is it even desirable to store a boat out of the water?

"Costs would be no deterrent"
How about at the dock behind my ICW Villa, $10,000/ft per month.

No but if your boat is over 80 ft I'll find you one.
$10,000 × 80

No way would I keep a boat in the water, especially in Florida. That is a sure way to turn a nice boat into a crappy boat. The more cover the better. Inside, dry storage wound be my vote.

Really, you think this line of discussion is appropriate?

" a completely enclosed dry land garage "... of course is your best option. In the water your worst option.

I must say you have some wild-ass ideas lad. If you are still talking about building a trimaran you do realize that trimarans and catamarans have issues with finding suitable haul-out capabilities at marinas. Especially tri's. Tri's are wide!

Ha, yes, some of my ideas are meant for dreamers only, no doubt. However, the idea of the trimaran has become more practical--the trimaran has now morphed into a proa; okay, only slightly more practical.
And thanks for your consideration, but I did indeed find out that haul-out can be an issue at some marinas; however, I've connected with some folks that agree to all my terms. In exchange for lots of money.
But, you know, business is business.

If it was possible a small AC unit would help keep the inside fresh.
