What sails for a fishing dinghy?

Some help for a noob, well, not sailed since school many many years ago.
I intend to build a dinghy for fishing nd would like to take the strain off the oars without going a far as an outboard. So, what sails are easy to get out of the way while waiting for a bite? and easy to run up while bobbing about?

Standing lug. Short spars, modest sail area possibly unstayed mast, so very simple.

An alternative could be a spritsail rig like an Optimist. Sail can be brailed to the mast to get it out of the way when fishing.
