it pumps with a rubber diaphragm, they are quiet, but that may be their only asset. Par I think.

PAR pumps are made by Jabsco. If parts prove hard to find, you can still buy fairly similar new models like this one.

i think i may put it up on the classified section for parts, they do not move enough water for my liking.

The #1 variable with pumps is the mounts and space, or lack of it, to fit them. I can't say too much more except that the Jabsco Puppy series are tough and simple, not entirely unlike meself. There are a few sizes around 5 - 10 gpm. Will they fit in your space ? Dunno.

The pump you show has the pressure cut-out switch, therefore for fresh water system, not bilge.

If you are needing bearings for the pump eccentric, same as the front bearing on Delco-Remy 10 and 12 series alternators. you need 2.

Those pumps are essentially indestructible. I've revived them when left on an island in Micronesia out in the open for years. Look like hell, are noisy in a boat,but very reliable for the long haul.

was hooked to the shower and front bilge. so was used as bilge.

is for sale now.
as reliable as they may be, i plan to put at least 4 cent pumps in my hull.
8000GPH is my goal.

my bilge is massive under the engine. 1' x 8' x 6'
with the dripless dripping at 1 drip per second right now, it took the other diaphragm pump 5 min to empty it, after 1 week, and it was only half full.
