Wedding Regristry for (FREE) Boat Stuff!

Hey folks. Former Cruiser here looking to Cruise again within not so many years from now. Don't have a boat now, but am planning on buying one again within the next couple years to outfit and begin another couple years of cruising with the (soon to be) wife. We are getting married in July and we are registered on Amazon.com and at West Marine (among other places).

Here's my question: Good (safe) equipment can be expensive, especially when you compound the seemingly limitless items one can outfit a boat with. What would you register for to outfit a cruising boat. Keep in mind, the boat has not been bought, or even found for that matter. I am looking for general items that may or may not typically be included with the sale of a used boat.

So far, I have come up with a few things:

PLB (EPIRB or sat phone seems a bit too spendy for a wedding gift)
Inflatable life vests / harnesses
Handheld VHF
Various sailing books to get my fiance in the mood
Binoculars
A pair of folding bikes

Tons of other things come to mind, but without knowing the specifics of the boat I'll end up with, or what it may include with the purchase, it's tough to ask for such things.

Please add your thoughts onto this list. I'd rather register for 100 things and get 10 than to think of 8 and get 5. Extra points to those that can come up with things that are useful in everyday life we could use even prior to setting sail!

Oh this could be a fun thread to follow!

One thing I can think of is Nesting Cookware! Bought a set and they work great as well as save space! A good thing when you buy that Nor' Sea 27 for your around the world trip

Amazon.com: Magma 10 Piece Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Cookware Set: Sports & Outdoors

I sure hope your guests are loaded, that's a pretty durned expensive list of goodies. I know I couldn't afford to buy some of those goodies for myself, let alone as a wedding gift.
