+1 on this, especially the margin for error inherent in these models! The higher wind and surge zone is on the "right" side, which is a bad place to be - at least in this hemisphere.

Zee saw Solitary Bird afloat and marina looking okay. Guessing Barra saw more like cat one mostly for wind. narrow radius of highest winds plus terrain likely made a big difference.
