Wanted to buy: sailing catamaran with cabin and sleeping accommodations for 2, must be in good condition. will consider boats with worn upholstery and interior. Willing to pay up to $1500.
I hate to knock people, but this ad appeared this morning on Vancouver craigslist. Seriously?

Apparently not, the poster repeats the amount, and stresses the need for the vessel to be in good condition.

"Very good condition. Needs a lot of work."

New ad this morning, from someone who is selling a very cheap looking inflatable fitted with a sail kit: (excerpts)

Many times people get an idea in their head....just pops in there....and they "want" to do something.....but have no idea whatsoever what it really takes, costs, or if it's even feasible for them to do it. So, they post something like that.

Kind of like watching the Price is Right....the showcase is a BMW convertible, sailboat with trailer, and a trip to Australia......the idiot bids $8500.00.

Therese is a hobbie catn16' here in Puerto Vallarta for 2,000 Usd but not in very good condition. May be with 2 more zeros he can get a corsair 28'.
