Re: Vivid Dreams

I’ll be helping deliver an Oyster 72 from Gran Canaria to Gibraltar next week. I might try an keep a 2nd log for my dreams to see if this is just imagination and hyperbole, I suspect it’s not for me.

It really must be that we spend more time in the REM zone and especially during the hour prior to waking.

It's funny that within an hour of waking up though you typically can't remember a thing about the dream, maybe the general outline, but not the details.

That’s how this post came about. After a run from Malaga to Portimao we all sat in the bar and talked about dreams. Everyone was as equally excited they were not the only ones.

Malaga - All super beautiful Spanish woman are given a free ticket to Malaga.

Don't forget to write down the dream as soon as you wake. Maybe it's just me but I can't remember much after an hour. Report back - unless they are too weird, then write a book.

Re: Vivid Dreams

this may be a very strange "vivid dream" question for most, but since we've gotten this far..., i'll dare ask (please be nice, guys; and no, i haven't used the hallucinations patches Ann mentioned - or anything else like that):

does anyone else have underwater dreams?

does anyone have really huge-space, swimming-with-whales underwater dreams... with whale sounds?

these are rare for me but are insanely realistic. and curiously, most of the dream stays in my mind long afterwards

anyone?

Re: Vivid Dreams

No, but your description sounds - quite dreamy.
I sometimes dream of flying.
When I dream I'm drowning or being buried alive, it usually means I didn't use my CPAP.
