Re: Ugliest Sailboat (Ever)
I'm struggling to like it. Would be interested to see what passengers think after it sails.
Would be interesting to see what percentage of its lifetime will be spent sailing.
What happens when a cruiseship heels? People fall over, entertainment is cancelled and things break.
Probably a great technology demonstrator at some rich blokes expense.

I'd like to see how it performs and what kind of fuel consumption it has. This might be the wave of the future for hauling freight although I'd like to see them made to look a bit better.

An observation that could be relevant: when guys are in "my pee-pee is bigger than your pee-pee" mode, they never discuss whether they are attractive... just that they are bigger.

See I thought that they built those so big because they were making up for coming up short in that department. Which reminds me that I always joked if I ever got a Cigarette boat I would name it: Compensating.

Same vein, different unit.
Last year pulled up to a service station behind a jacked-up high rise 4x4.
In big glitter letters across the back window were the words:
"Not Compensating"
I looked at my girlfriend and we just killed ourselves laughing. Obviously the guy had heard one too many shots about "equipment"

Yeah. I'm thinking that anybody who feels the need to put that on their truck is MOST DEFINITELY "compensating!" What really makes me laugh are the "truck nutz." I figure you might as well hang a sign on your truck that says, "I don't have any, so I bought a pair for my truck."
As for the boat... I don't care for it, but I don't think I'd call it the ugliest ever. I've seen some pretty ugly boats. And, of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
