The "deep" -- "cold, too" joke was around as a Texan/Alaskan joke, in Calif in the mid '50's, and if my Dad was right, when he was in year 7 of school.....I bet it's one of those forever themes. The basis of Mona in its early years. Lots of bent themes here.
