Turnbuckle Bodies

Anyone have a resource for a place that sells stainless open turnbuckle bodies? The thing is, I'm looking for different lengths. West Marine has them only in around 4" lengths. 2 of my lowers are about 2" too short so I make up the difference with a shackle, and rather than replace the cable, if longer turnbuckle bodies are available I could just replace those. My current ones are closed and I much prefer open body so I wanted to replace them anyway. Thanks for any advice.

Re: Turnbuckle Bodies

Just curious as to why you're going with stainless turnbuckle bodies. I changed out my stainless for bronze because of stainless on stainless galling issues.

Re: Turnbuckle Bodies

i dont like most stainless as is way too brittle---i like 304 as it isnt as brittle. bronze is best. not brittle and is gorgeous. also very pricey.
