"TripAdvisor" for yachties

Does anyone know if there is a Tripadvisor type app for the boating community?

Imagine how good it would be if we could review marinas, fuel jetties, port authorities, chandlers and any other service provider for us poor yachties!

Two that I use:
1) NoForeignLand (actually a website, not an app, but extremely helpful)
2) Navily (app)

There are two that I'm aware of:
- a plug-in on OpenCPN
- and an app, which I think is called something like ActiveCaptain
