Timeshare sailboat?

We have a 34' sailboat that we are perfectly happy with in the Summer. Having said that, it is now winter in MN (you may have noticed it where you are) and cabin fever is rapidly setting in. I considered buying another 38' or so boat in FL but absolutely want nothing to do with the maintenance and expense of full ownership of another boat let alone what do I do with it during hurricane season. Has anyone had experience with a sailboat timeshare where one can get a boat for two weeks to a month at a time? Perhaps 1/6th month in Summer and one month in winter? (I've Googled it and found little.) I assume there will be an initial expense plus a monthly maintenance/storage fee and I'm not interested in buying a boat and putting it into charter. Thanks in advance.
