The ideal marina manage
Hi all, I am looking for some input on what you would love to see in a marina manager! Looking at applying for a job as manager of a small marina in PNW so this is partly preparation for the interview but also, if I get the job, I want to run it for sailors. I know what I want but we are all different. So maybe top three things you want and top three 'hates'
