The Circumnavigators - A Collection of Cruising Dreams

For you dreamers out there, Donald Holm's book, THE CIRCUMNAVIGATORS, can be read for free at the following URL:

The Circumnavigators - by Don Holm - Table of Contents

This is an old classic book that recounts the tales of all the old circumnavigators, most of whom sailed around the world alone.

It's my all time favorite sailing book, and I have read it countless times. It made me realize that ordinary people can live their sailing dreams. The chapters are short, and each chapter is the story of a different circumnavigator.

The book is out of print, and I'm happy that the author gave permission for the book to be put up on the web to inspire people to live their dreams.

Wow, this looks like a good read. Thanks for going through that effort of getting the book republished on the web.

I have bookmarked and know what I'll be reading over the next few weeks.

I didn't have anything to do with getting it published on the web. I just found it on a search engine, and since it's such a great book, I wanted to pass it on to interested forum members.

It's an awesome read. Enjoy.
