Thanks to admin. and all contributors on this forum. I have used it religiously for learning things like how to repair stuff, how to sail, routes, time of year to sail, and posting gear for sale etc. Two years after even asking on this site for a "free" boat I am almost in completion of my '76 Columbia 9.6 and plan to sail west of Cuba to Panama thru canal to Hawaii. A dream coming to fruition is a sight to behold indeed. Have worked tugs so I have some experience but not much sailing at all. Will practice in the St.Johns River here in Fl. when done replacing all halyards and new cables and lights and such. Still awaiting funds for a self-steering vane and radar, hope leave in May or June. Anyway kudos to all and peace be with you over........./).........woody
