Temporary residency permit in Tortola?

Do you need to fill out a customs application if one wants to stay in a marina for 5-6 mos. in BVI? Still waiting on customs reply. or do you have to roll the dice and leave...come back in every 28 days? I don't need a work permit. Thank you

Re: Temporary residency permit in Tortola?

I cannot talk about 5-6 months, but when I wanted to stay 6 weeks I just said so when I arrived and there was no problem.
