"Teak" and "Inexpensive" are mutually exclusive terms.
ie: Typical Board Foot Costs:
Birch: Less than (<) $4/Bd Ft
Oak: < $6/Bd Ft
Maple: < $7/Bd Ft\
Mahogany & Walnut: < $8/Bd Ft
Teak: < $18/Bd Ft
