Surveyor in North Carolina

We are buying our first boat and we need a surveyor. I am looking for any advice on a surveyor in the Pamlico/Albemarle Sound area.
I have googled it, but haven't come across anyone that stands out.
Also, someone who is familiar with Catalinas would be a plus.

Rob Eberly has a good reputation as a thurough suveyor. He did a one hour inspection for me when I was interested in a boat in New Bern and living in NH. I wanted to know if it was worth my time and travel to persue it further. For a one hour inspection he was able to give me a lot of information. I do know that he is well respected in the area.

He did a survey for me. I was not there, but the report was thorough. The guys at the marina said he spent a lot of time looking over the boat.
