SunFish Sales, FX Sales -- Are they still in Operation ?

Hi All

I bought some sail bags on line about a 6 weeks ago, internet transaction was smooth enough.

6 weeks later, can't seem to get a hold of anyone to check on the status of my order ... phones work, and I get to leave messages. Email contact Web contact works ... and I get to send emails, But ... no replies?

In not bothered, on version hopefully is that they are off for an extended holiday and will be back shortly, but who knows. If they have closed, I will need to order the sail bags from some else. So ... I would like to get on with that if needed.

If some knows, or can drive by and see.... that would be awesome

Just a update, to follow up

Still no contact directly from SunFish, But ....

I did get a UPS delivery Status update email c/w tracking number, so something is on route. So that's a good thing. I will post some photos when the bits arrive.

Just to close the loop,

the nice UPS person delivered me some nice shinny new headsail covers today, and they are just perfect.

Still no contact from the company, but the items have arrived. So I guess it all worked out as planned.

Im a happy but slightly confused customer.

Maybe a Sunfish rep saw your post here and took care of it or maybe it just worked out. Neither way I'm glad it did.

This is my least favorite part of internet sales though. Send an occasional update with a reasonable estimate and I'm fine. Screw something up which adds a week to your time frame but you are truthful with me about it and I'm fine. Dead silence and I'm thinking about it constantly.
