Station creek

Has anyone anchored in station creek near the mouth of port royal inlet? Looks narrow, but doable on the chart. I am up in Beaufort, but want to be near the inlet for an early morning run. Already stayed at the anchorage in skull creek. Won't do that again!

I lived in Beaufort for 13 years before we departed on our cruise in June. I know it's got good depth in there and I wouldn't even call it all that narrow. Just pay attention at the entrance, as the sandbar extends on down the shoreline a good bit before you can turn in there.
