Skipper Costs

Anybody help with advice on an average daily rate for hiring a delivery skipper - sailing from Northern to Southern Europe, roughly 3 weeks.

Most charge by the day..
Some like me charge by the nautical mile.. also the rate would depend on whether its an owner assist and any tuition along the way..
Travel to and from the boat is extra on top of the fee usually.. as are delivery related expense's such as fuel, marina's/harbour dues etc.

Thanks Boatman - yes it would be an owner assist and tuition would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate all the additional costs but what would be the daily rate/ nautical mile cost actually be?

PM sent with rate for 1 NM.. can't do better as no start or end port to work on..
