Spice!. Yes Having spice for flavor is a nice thing. I have 11 ish magnetic spice containers on the side of my 3cf f120V fridge. Right next to the stove where they are easily reached.

Plus they stay in place when the boat goes a rocking. The full metal kamenstein ones tend to get gunked up with spice and hard to turn/open after a while. I found that the Zevro ones worked better, that is were easy to open all the time.

I have 6 spices bay seasoning garlic sea salt pepper both in grinders BBQ seasonings and lemon pepper that's all ( I'm a guy)

Six is quite impressive for a guy. I actually have about 16 or 17 spices aboard, but some are for baking.

Forgot the curry and I don't count the baking powder, the boullions, or the gravy bases. So I have seven ( was short order cook a long time ago)

Nope those are sauces not spices if they were spices I would be well over 20 including the horsey sauce from arbys

Good point. But for a shoestring sailor its good way to get cayenne pepper( the main spice) for free

One packet of horseradish to three packets ketchup makes cocktail sauce. 1 packet mustard two or three packets Mayo makes a great dip. Try it
