Just purchased a new boat (for me) which has Micron CSC. Plan is same namly East Coast and Caribbean.
Is this a paint you would recommend ?
Not having ever serviced boats in those areas, I am not qualified to give an opinion about that paint's use there.

FB, I am not responsible for what YOU infer from what I wrote.

So, no, I will not "own" your misrepresentation.

Nor will I continue this discussion with you.

Seahawk Paints and warranty

Current anti foul paint is considered less toxic than tin until we find out different.
Remember when catalytic converters first came out in cars, the ads specifically stated the only exhaust was water vapor and harmless carbon dioxide.
So what gas is going to cause the end of the Earth 40 years later?
When I first joined the Army the solvent of choice was Acetone, then my God that stuffs bad, ban it. Use MEK instead, used it for a long time, before I Retired it was determined that stuff was worse than Acetone, use MIK instead.
Gut says MIK is worse than MEK, which we know is worse than Acetone.

Off topic, but when I did my motor mechanic apprenticeship my hands soaked in some sort of solvent everyday ,most of the day. I built automatic transmissions, our hands soaked in this stuff daily, often felt like I'd had a couple of beers....I often wonder what that stuff was. When I touch acetone now two of my fingers start dying...hmmm.

There was lots of stuff that was legal then and not now.
