San Pedro Sulu to the Rio Dulce?
Can someone tell me how to get back to Fronteras, Rio dulce from San Pedro Sulu, Honderos. I,m flying in, arriving early hours of a Wednesday morning.
What bus must I catch, what time does it leave, which bus station & from where in San Pedro. Will I need to switch buses at the border & also what time does the bus arrive in Fronteras.

I'd appreciate some info.
