Sailors with Disabilities

Ok My bride of 14 yrs has CP, and is in a wheelchair. Pls tell me about how you or anyone you have seen has delt with this or things like it.

What's your home port?

There are groups that can offer expertise and support. Here in the San Francisco bay area we have a group called BAADS--Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors.

cruising is entirely about showing up--in boat shoes.
