Re: Sailor Abandons Boat off Florida coast

The thing that bothers me most is how he is whining about eating grapefruit. He is out in a boat that he got for a steal, actually sailing and not dying, has a roof over his head, and given free grapefruit from others, and complains about it?

F%^k you man I love grapefruit!

Jackass.

I agree with others about maybe not being mentally ill, but definitely a screw loose. Choosing to pray to Norse gods, getting "love" for free, etc., come on man grow up...

The author of that article should probably have been out there with him, I think they're both crazy.

Be free spirited all you want, I know lots of free spirits who are good sailors, take care of their boats, and understand there is a duty to other mariners to operate in a safe competent manner. the two aren't mutually exclusive.
Then you need a regulatory system , if not you to accept this type of individual will pop up for time to time

If his boat hits your - tough I'm afraid.

Most of you guys are just crying because he has done more cruising in one trip with $600 worth of boat and materials than some of you will ever do.

If this poor man had been afforded the treatment he deserved under Obamacare this story would be wholly different.

By at least 2 grapefruit.

BTW, first in on Obamacare.

Folks in the United States are totally freaking out about Obamacare because they are afraid the poor might get something for free like being able to take a child to a doctor when he his sick.

(while they.............."bust their ass at work"........hahahahaha.....................gaysus H. Have you checked the size of some of these bust ass guys at work lately?)

They are wondering why can't we spend that money on another war ................

I presume that the vast majority of citizens of whatever country you come from are blest with greater curiosity and understanding of the world around them than you own...

Yeah....not really the case there, but this definitely isn't the forum to discuss Obamacare. Besides, I've already shortened my FB friends list once this year by discussing my political views. ;-)
