Sailing routes Savannah to Miami

Hi all...

Looking for further advice on Sailing from Savannah to Miami. Vessel is a Conser 47 x 24 beam, 4 draft and 65 clearance.

I expect I would best stay outside the whole way, likely pic the best weather pattern and sail straight through.

But outside that and may get weather.. Seems for about 100 miles south of Cape Canveral I can't get in anyway.

Maybe inside is possible for this stretch ?

Can anyone recommend good stops and maybe anchorages south from StAugustine ?

Thanks for thoughts and experiences on this route for late November, early December.
