Thanks for the reply I agree with the answer, this is my first post and ask others about the quality and experience for sailboat. I thinks I will go for 32' Dreadnaught Full Keel Double Ender or 30' Alberg, but I am not sure whether this is a good choice. Planned to use a sailboat to gain more experience and to go across the Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea.

Although the Tayana 37 is bigger than you want, it's a very stable blue water ocean boat. It also has a beautiful classic look.

The only way to answer that is to experience many boats and decide yourself. It is like asking "what is the best car?"

Best for what? Going fast? Being safe? Easiest to handle? Best bang for the buck?

Big question, no answer. Sorry.

Research, research and more research. Then look at what you think you will like then love, try and sail on each one and choose what you are comfortable. If you are not in love with you boat it is not right for you. Only you know what you are really looking for and the opinions of others can only be used as a guide and as many that agree with you will have tenfold that disagree.

Like the other answers, it will be what you like. If there was one sailboat that was the best then every sailor would have the exact same boat and all other boat makers would be out of business.

There are very few sailboats that will not take you across the Atlantic in reasonable safety. This does assume you choose the correct time for crossing and do not encounter a major hurricane.

So learn what you like and what kind of boat suits your sailing style and budget.
