it has been awhile since i was on it and i can not remember the name for the life of me.



it is a website with the country's you can sail to and there rules and regulations current threats or problems and general information about that country.


i have googled and binged or yahooed like crazy to find it but i cant. i have tryed sailnet was not it sailnote .com and .net not them and a few others no idea if you guys know what the website is i would really appreciate it.
