Sailboat logos and stripe identification

Took a dinghy ride the other night around one of the mooring areas out at Shelter Island. Plenty of beautiful Sailboats. Noticed that many of the Sailboat’s had a distinguishing racing/pin stripe. Some of them had letters built into them, some of them had distinct logos. But many did not have specific makes on them like Pacific seacraft Beneteau, Jeanneau, Hallberg-Rassy, Pearson, Hunter, Catalina. Does anyone know of a website or a book that might identify some of these sailboats by their markings. Not a HIN Number website. Logos?

Yes, Good Old Boat has many of them. Google “main sail insignia” and “boat identifiers” as a start. Sorry can’t link them right now.
