What are the best cruising guides for the islands from Puerto Rico to Grenada?

Are there also Coast Pilots available for this region, i.e. government-produced publications with information on harbors, shoals, etc like the US Coast Pilot books??

And how about for Venezuela?

I liked Chris Doyle's guides for the Windwards and Leewards, Nancy Scott's for the Virgin Islands.

Don't go to Venezuela.
