Re-Fit Cost

Good afternoon, this is my first post here, but I would like to know if anyone could help me with a couple of questions?

1. I am looking at Beneteau, jeanneau and Hunter sailboats in the 40 foot range. If i need to re-rig (standing rigging)on these boats, can someone give me a "ballpark" cost on that? (I dont know if I should be thinking $5k or $10k...I really have no idea)\

2. What about a Diesel Rebuild? 50-75HP Yanmar Rebuild cost? (again, ballpark figures).
