I've never heard the types of stories you hear about Whale referring to Little Harbour
passage. Our guidebook notes that the
passage is pretty straightforward – wide with the
reefs on each side pretty visible. I'd still be as prudent as possible, and know the state of tide upon entry.
Spanish Wells is the easiest jumping off point...about 50nm to the Little Harbour passage. Cute little town with moorings &
marinas (but the wi-fi was down the last time we were there...that's Batelco!). Dunmore Town is very nice with a lot of anchorage, but you'd wan't to plan carefully coming in or out the devil's backbone. Have fun!
