Have a P-30, spent 16 yrs
on the hard. My wife and I revived her 4 yrs ago. Been sailing around the Delaware bay and
boat seems to handle any
weather and seas just fine. We've made a lot of changes to her over the last 4 yrs. Some include new
paint top side, a lot of new
wiring,
aluminum spreaders, refinished all the exterior
teak, re-designed and installed new
galley, a new rebuilt Atomic 4 from Moyer
Marine and most recently replaced bushings on
rudder and removed those old leaky fixed
cabin ports and replaced with 4 opening
ports. This change has made the
cabin much more comfortable in the warmer
weather. I've heard from a few boats in the Cheseapeake and a few others scattered around. Seems like there still are a few P-30's around and doing well.
