Payload Calculator Spreadsheet?

Hey all,

I'm working through the process of buying a new boat for liveaboard and extended cruising use. As I'm leaning towards a catamaran, one of the things I want to do is create a spreadsheet of all the different things I'd like to take along so that I can have a estimate of the total weight that can help guide me in what size range I should be looking (as well as merciless fat-trimming, haha).

Has anyone here created something like that and be willing to share? I'm happy to create my own, but I'm sure that there are quite a few things that I could easily overlook so it would be nice to have a starting point that has worked in the real world.
