Pacific Cup Tracking

I wish I were out there but the next best thing is to watch their progress. At least one of our members is out there on Valis. I am rooting for the underdog Juanita. The owners berth is the next finger over at my marina. He and his crew have been diligently prepping his boat for months. This is his first Pacific Cup. Go Mike!

A fun thing to do is to run an animation of the race at the bottom right corner of the screen. The light winds at the start really split the fleet.

Re: Pacific Cup Tracking

I too am (was?) rooting for Juanita! Mike borrowed my fuel cans for the return trip (Holly and I had our boat beside George's Snow Goose at PCYH before bringing it down to San Diego at the end of June). Seems that something's amiss though ... the tracker was not working for a few days and now it seems it working again, but they're listed as retired and heading back to California! :-(
