Lightbulb Owner's Charter Time for Sale
I'm new to sailing (just received ASA certifications 101, 103, 104, and 114) and would like to find less expensive ways to charter while I try to get my wife addicted. Where can I find charter owners who are willing to sell there unused charter time?
