Our Secret Cruiser Spots, Hidden by Riddles

I wish I could share my favorite secret spots among shores of the world, but the words of another CF member are haunting me... something like: "We mentioned our favorite hidden beach, and now it is filled with boats. Lesson learned."

It's a paradox. When you are lucky enough to see a spectacular virgin place that few other humans have ever seen, do you tell the secret? Do you give the location? If you do, then the secret may die as the place eventually becomes a paragraph in a guide book, no longer so virgin.

We cruisers can have the unusual opportunity to come ashore much like explorers did centuries ago. A place may be "charted" yet still unknown to modern footprints. I am occasionally stunned by such places- my favorite of reasons to cruise.
But- to me it feels like those unique chances are almost gone for good. Should we take to the grave our log books of magical places, to protect the last of these gems?

Perhaps.
-OR-
Pass them along (here) to other cruisers... in the form of riddles.
These secrets are still safe, as one would need maps and time to solve them.
It just so happens, an ocean passage includes lots of charts and lots of free time.

One request: If you DO solve the riddles, please don't post the answers.
Keep the secret.
Just go there.

I'll start...

Our Secret Cruiser Spots, Hidden by Riddles

Cyan Riddle #1

A nest with no birds

Count up past eleven

Powder like baby facing southeast

Bathwater untouched, a true slice of heaven.

Tour boats won't come, too far from town,

Tao is found here with a gun that won't shoot,

There's a North and a South one,

Pick North, plan your route.

Everything on the internet is public.

Posters cannot control responses of other posters.

....And no, it is not finding the place full of other boats that is the problem, though it could become so. It is the using up of locals' resources that was the problem, which is a problem also connected with rallyes.

Lol, of course not.
If someone actually DOES post the answer to one of these riddles, than they have simple violated the code of the treasure hunter. I don't think there are any real penalties for this anymore, as lashings are no longer acceptable in most circles.

Cyan Riddle #2

Down but not under,
A square without middle.
Not a soul will hear the
French north tell this riddle.

Twenty and change is still warm enough,
Yet off to the left when running with milk.
Stand quite tall to find it,
Extinct mount is its ilk.

When Spain's Manila Galleons were sailing from Acapulco Mexico the the Philippines, many of their charts showed some islands 10 degrees north and 10 degrees east of the Hawaiian Islands. None ever actually showed the Hawaiian Islands.

I don't think I'll be able to solve this one.
I'm thinking North Atlantic somewhere?
Another clue would be nice.

This would be a very interesting topic to discuss in its own right.
